Comparison
Sikia vs Productboard
Productboard’s details checked from its public pricing and help pages. Sources
Productboard is a product management platform that centralizes customer feedback, prioritization and roadmaps, with an AI agent (Spark), a customer-facing Portal for idea voting, and an MCP server.
Which to choose
Choose Productboard if
- You need prioritization, roadmaps and a product hierarchy for your product team, not only a public board.
- Feedback arrives from many places: Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gong, email, a Chrome extension, app stores and G2.
- You need Jira two-way sync, Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, Shortcut or Trello.
- You need SAML SSO, SCIM, audit logs and IP whitelisting on Enterprise.
Choose Sikia if
- You want a public changelog that emails everyone who voted when you ship.
- You want Slack and Discord messages captured from the channels you pick, without someone pushing each one.
- You want simple upvotes and an in-app widget added with one script tag.
- You want a flat price with unlimited teammates and a monthly AI allowance, instead of per-maker pricing.

AI credits are pooled across the workspace and expire monthly; top-ups are $5 per 50 credits on monthly plans, and on Free, Plus and Business, AI pauses when credits run out. The main pricing page currently shows only Business and Enterprise, without prices; the figures above come from Productboard's Spark pricing FAQ, and its pages disagree on Business's minimum number of makers.

The main differences
Scope
Productboard is a product management platform: feedback, prioritization, product hierarchy and roadmaps for the product team, with a portal for customers. Sikia is a public feedback board, roadmap and changelog with AI capture. If you need product planning, Sikia isn't a replacement.
Pricing
Productboard charges per maker: Plus is $19 and Business $59 per maker a month billed yearly, according to its help center, and AI use is metered in pooled credits that pause on self-serve plans when they run out. Its main pricing page currently shows only Business and Enterprise without prices. Sikia has a Free plan for one project and paid plans at $19, $29 and $49 a month, all with unlimited teammates.
Closing the loop
Productboard updates customers through portal card updates you write and email to voters, and those emails can't carry your logo. Sikia's changelog emails everyone who voted for the shipped requests and replies in the original Slack or Discord threads.
Voting and widget
Productboard's portal voting is an importance rating from Critical to Not important, and in-app embedding is an iframe of the portal. Sikia uses upvotes and has a widget you add with one script tag.
Chat capture
Productboard turns a Slack message into a note when someone uses 'Push to Productboard' on it, and Discord isn't among its integrations. Sikia listens in the Slack and Discord channels you pick and drafts requests for approval.
Moving from Productboard to Sikia
Export your feedback notes from Productboard to CSV (features and companies have their own exports), then bring the files into Sikia with its CSV and Excel import. Notes created through Zendesk, Slack or Intercom export with an empty note_text field, so check those rows first. Nobody is emailed, re-running the import only adds what's new, and vote counts that can't be tied to a specific voter are kept as anonymous votes. Imports need the Growth, Scale or Lifetime plan.

Other comparisons
- ComparisonSikia vs CannyPick Canny if you want AI that pulls feedback out of Intercom, Zendesk and sales calls, and Jira, Linear or Salesforce integrations, and your budget can grow with the number of people who give feedback. Pick Sikia if your users talk to you in Slack or Discord and you want those messages captured automatically, free for one project or at a flat price from $19/mo. The biggest difference is how the price grows: Canny Pro is priced by tracked users, Sikia by projects and AI volume.
- ComparisonSikia vs FeaturebasePick Featurebase if you want a helpdesk, an AI support agent, a help center and feedback boards in one subscription, priced per teammate seat. Pick Sikia if you only need feedback, a roadmap and a changelog, want Slack and Discord messages captured without anyone sending them over, and want a flat price with unlimited teammates. The biggest difference is scope: Featurebase is a support platform that includes feedback, and Sikia is a feedback tool.
- ComparisonSikia vs UserJotPick UserJot if you want two boards on a free plan, and most of your feedback arrives on the board itself. Pick Sikia if your users talk to you in Slack or Discord and you want those messages captured, deduplicated and drafted as requests automatically. Both have a free plan and flat paid plans, so the biggest difference is capture: UserJot's Slack capture is manual and its Discord integration is documented as notifications, while Sikia listens in the channels you pick.
- ComparisonSikia vs UpvotyPick Upvoty if you want the cheapest paid plan, with a custom domain, user SSO and no vendor branding from $15/mo, plus Jira and Linear status sync. Pick Sikia if your users talk to you in Slack or Discord and you want those messages captured as requests, with the changelog and MCP server on every plan. The biggest difference is where feedback comes from: Upvoty collects it on its portal and widget, while Sikia also pulls it out of your chat channels.
- ComparisonSikia vs NoltPick Nolt if you want a straightforward board with unlimited users and admins, thorough moderation, and SAML or SCIM on Enterprise. Pick Sikia if your users talk to you in Slack or Discord and you want those messages turned into requests, since Nolt's Slack and Discord integrations post board activity rather than capture messages. Nolt prices by board count, from $29/mo billed yearly for one board, while Sikia prices by projects and AI volume, with a Free plan for one project and paid plans from $19/mo.
